​

STEP ONE
You must call or email Marco Escobar to learn about availability. Your email should provide the

following information:

1. Type of event (wedding, cocktail hour, reception, birthday party, children's pedagogic concerts, etc)
2. Name and address of the venue or place where the event is going to take place
3. Date and time of the event
4. Complete names of the groom and the bride
5. Tell us a little bit about you (optional)
6. How did you learn about us (optional)

We will confirm with you our availability and the rate fee for booking the string ensemble. We

suggest that you ask us questions about special music requests, outdoor events, and other details

before you commit to book the ensemble.


STEP TWO
Confirm that you would like to book the string quartet (or other type of ensemble) and you would

like us to send you a contract.We will send you an email with a list of questions required for us to

draw the contract.


STEP THREE
We will send you a contract by email and you must print it and mail us a copy of the same contract.

The contract must be signed and accompanied with the check deposit made to Marco Escobar

(50% of the total cost).Upon receiving the contract, we will sign it and send you a hard copy.


STEP FOUR
You must finalize the music program for your event and email it to us. The music program must be

finalized not later than 7 business days prior to the event. we suggest visiting our link "planning your

music". Please let us know if you need help.If we are doing a special request "musical arrangement"

for you, the request must be done at least three months in advance

STEP FIVE
Discuss final details about logistics of the event.You will receive confirmation seven days prior to

your event that we are ready and looking forward to perform at your event. If you don't hear from us,

please contact us.
